Somewhere in there my life fell apartвЂ¦I think my upstairs neighbor got a GF or something because suddenly he was up all the time at 3am which totally sabotaged me and drove me nutsвЂ¦the GF dumped me out of seemingly nowhere, I lost the job, my mental health took a turn for the worseвЂ¦so I stopped playing the game, the fun was over for me, and I havenвЂ™t touched it since. I played it through a second time in 2012 for nostalgiaвЂ™s sake, and had an amazing time, one of those golden periods in your life where everything is just going great for at least a little whileвЂ¦girlfriend, job, hobbies, bi-polar mania, you name it рџ™‚ but I only made it as far as Sephiroth (my characters were too weak so I had to grind etc). Not long afterwards I got in a argument with my mom and she threw my playstation into the creek behind our houseвЂ¦it was destroyed, so I sold all the games (couldnвЂ™t afford a new PSX) she did buy me a new one (around the time Xenogears came out) once she realized that what she did was wrongвЂ¦I finally got around to playing FF7 all the way through in 1999 (before I played FF8). #FinalFantasyVII #FinalFantasy #FF7 Post navigationД®veryone has their own story about FF7вЂ¦my first 'playthrough' вЂ“ 1997 (made it to GaiaвЂ™s Cliff and then my brother sold the game because he was done with it, I had basically watched him play through most of the game, so was robbed of the firsthand pleasure on some level)вЂ¦second 'playthrough' вЂ“ 1998 with a used copy from Electronics Boutique, turned out to be a glitch copy, shouldвЂ™ve returned it but sucked it up and tried to make it workвЂ¦in this version the game would crash if you used Tifa Or Red XIIIвЂ™s limit break made it as far as Hojo but the silly mistake of not having an older save stopped me in my tracks (it took me a while to learn my lesson about this as a kid).
